Gurps: Wrapping up the Devil's Tail

Upon entry to Jago Djinn's lair, the party found a SotS cultist,  Warmaster,  and some mummies waiting in the side gallery.

Using magics they stealthy passed into  the main  hall with the wind tunnel.

Passing through the illusion wall they entered the Djinn private chamber, where they were intercepted by the golem master Mr. Grey.

He checked their offerings as genuine, then confessed that he had Burhy and Nicole hostage.  He was afraid of being destroyed by the djinn, and warned the party if he was destroyed as part of their dealings then their friends would also die.  Jackaline demanded proof of life and while he did not provide it, he let slip that the hostages were being held in the Djinns cells with the others , without the Djinns knowledge.

The party went before the djinn and Morgan bargained the Angel Feather for the release of Burhy's Aunt.

We were about to bargain for the lamp, when Morgan wanted Burhy to verify the identity of the "aunt" brought out to the party.  This unfortunately let slip that Mr. GREY had unauthorized prisoners in the dungeon.

When the party attempted to bargain that Mr. Grey would inherit the temple when the Djinn chose to leave the plane, he resisted, sensing some scheme, and already being in a bad mood with Mr Grey's deception.

Sister Jackaline stepped in and attempted to sway him with a semi scolding speech that the party had been treated like pawns by the djinn and Mr Grey who held hostages to get what they wanted and the party had no choice but to bargain for Mr greys life to spare their own friends.  What's more,  the offer had no effect on the Djinn, since it would only come into being if the Djinn left the plane  (rolled a crit 4)

The Djinn agreed finally.

Then Morgan revealed the culmination of (Ama's) plan:  she produced the Djinns binder contract and agreed to give it to him provided he left the plane immediately,  taking no further actions here.  He readily agreed, toke it, shred it and disappeared.

Morgan used the headdress of the Architect to befriend the mummies and destroy the warmaster and capture the cultist.

Prisoners were released, rewards were promised, girls jumped in the air high fiving into freeze frame.

Gurps: Adventure in the Devil's Spine

The lady B&W gave us a magic lamp (and a decoy copy of it) with 4 magic lenses.

Party set out across the desert and we're ambushed by kobold.  Chased into a wadi by a cyclone.  The Storm dragon chased Brad the Pitt away and ate his legs.
Cole was taken down by poison frog gas.  Burhy and Bunny dissappear underground.
Morgan used mind control to turn the kobold on their own pet lions.  Jackaline dispelled the cyclone and burned up little kobold areas of fire.  Ama was our front line fighter, shooting and kicking kobold to death.
The Storm Dragon was on his way back to us.
A kobold captive was commanded to show us an escape cave.   Again Ama was the man and dragged Cole's body in the hidey hole.  The party hid in the cave all night as the dragon searched and eventually tore his kobold underlings apart in anger.  The sorceress of Geeb helped conceal us.
In the daylight she left to get Brad to safety and healing.
Cole recovered enough to walk but not fight.
Thr party headed on to the Djinns lair.
The secret entrance they used the first time was blocked by a Warminster.
With no warrior among them, the 3 ladies had to cheat.   Using magic they scaled the cliffs above it.  Ama shot a "glue bomb" under the war masters feet.  Jackaline apportated a 300lb Boulder over it and dropped it.  Morgan used her portent to guide it straight to its head.   Girl power!   It felt like the end of Charlies Angels.
