The Sea Ghosts narrow escape

Saturday afternoon events on the Sea Ghost and at Winnipeg

There was a scramble with the Krall vessel.
The Sea ghost floundered in the becalmed waters as the mages created a storm to provide wind for our sails.
The Ghost took significant damage and many heroic efforts at leadership an seamanship ensued.
Finally, the ship caught wind and with Numa blessings, escaped the enemy ship.

The adventurers used powder to determine that the demon was in guise of Whaler 2 who had fallen behind on the island.
The demon negotiated for a carnal interlude with Heir Heidi, but Ama took this offer to the Lady who understandably and haughtily declined to risk a single strand of her own fair hair.
Ama, honestly agreed that was for the best, though did honor her agreement to bring the offer in good faith.

By then, the intrepid ragtag PCs had placed demon B'gone powder at the doors and the demon was angered and blew through the portal in the side of the ship causing more damage and causing us to put to port.

At this time, the party is proceeding to try to eradicate the demon from the Port of Winnepeg and has consulted a fellow named Chef who recommended we seek a man named Imp by casting a rotten apple down the well on the Lower East Side of town.  At which time, we would seek an audience with his dark mistress.  His mistress would be interested in a powerful relic that the monastery was built around.  It is an Elder Sign, we are told.  With this relic, she could destroy our demon.  The relic would be hers to keep, however.

Burhy and Ama have sought an audience with the Queen to inform her about the threat of the krall fleet and the demon infestation.  The Queen is less than happy about our arrival.
The Queen informed us that the family crypt had been cursed and she was wanting to lay her nephew to rest before he decomposed further.  We were told that the bishop, Father Gregory,  who would normally deal with such things had been withdrawn and unfriendly of late.

Brother Bitch was of no help getting us to the bishop.  We tried to make for his island but it was surrounded by a powerful ward.  So we gave up and decided to pitch the rotting apple down the very sketchy old well.

Imp showed up and tried to sell us some questionable wares.  He gifted Ama with some Deathtouch eggs named from some watership down bunny.  We were introduced to his mistress the White Lady.  She was an incredible cook.  Ama was nervous about eating her food but did accept a recipe book.

The white lady said we could remove the curse by killing the monsters there but we would need impaling weapons and we would have to get the gravekeeper to open the door as it would whither our limbs if we tried.  She wanted ettercap eggs for her healing potions.

The gravekeeper used a corpse hand to open the crypt.  The party went inside and killed a mess of ettercaps.

Waiting to see if the queen will now help us with our demon issues
